Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy applies to jkniazi.com and enquiries sent to J.K. Niazi Builder & Investor. We are based in Gulshan Mazdoor, Baldia Town, Karachi, Pakistan. Our privacy contact is info@jkniazi.com.

2. Information we collect

• Enquiry details: your name, the phone number or email address you choose to provide, your selected service, your message and your agreement to be contacted.
• Correspondence: the information you share when emailing us or following up about your enquiry.
• Technical information: hosting and spam-prevention services may process your IP address, browser or request information and submission details to deliver and protect the website.

The form does not accept file uploads or payments. Do not submit CNIC numbers, bank details, passwords or property documents. If documentation is needed later, contact us to agree a suitable way to share it.

3. How we use information

We use enquiry information to assess your request, contact you about the services you asked for, coordinate follow-up and maintain relevant correspondence. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting and spam prevention. Enquiry consent is not a newsletter or advertising signup.

4. Hosting, email and service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. Authorised website administrators can access those submissions. Native Netlify notifications also send enquiry details to our business inbox, where email delivery and mailbox providers process them.

Netlify uses service providers, including Akismet for form spam filtering. These services may process submission content and technical information. Provider infrastructure may process information outside Pakistan. See Netlify's Privacy Statement, its Data Processing Agreement and Automattic's visitor privacy notice for their practices.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect lawful rights. Enquiries are not published as testimonials or portfolio material simply because you submit them.

5. Cookies, analytics and external links

Our compact privacy banner offers “Accept all”, “Reject optional” and “Settings”. Settings opens separate Analytics and Marketing choices; opening it does not enable tracking. Optional Google Analytics 4 helps us understand website visits and interactions. The Google tag script loads from Google when each page opens, so Google receives the script request and associated technical information, such as IP address and browser details, even before you choose. Analytics cookies and measurement events remain disabled until you enable Analytics and select “Save my choices”, or select “Accept all”. Marketing is a separate choice; a previous Analytics acceptance does not enable Meta Pixel. You can select “Reject optional” and continue using the website, or change either choice through the footer's “Privacy settings”. Closing settings without saving leaves your stored choices unchanged. Google may process browser, device, approximate location, page-view and interaction information outside Pakistan. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Our Google Analytics integration records page views, contact-link clicks and enquiries accepted by the website. It does not deliberately send your name, email, phone number, message or other form contents to Google. Query strings and hash fragments are excluded from the page address we configure. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google Analytics property settings can enable additional automatic interaction measurements.

If you separately enable Marketing, Meta Pixel helps measure advertising results and may support more relevant ads on Meta services. Our configured events are PageView, Contact and Lead; Lead is sent only after the website accepts an enquiry. Meta may receive technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, page URLs, referrer, cookie identifiers and interaction events, and may associate these with activity on its services. Its processing can take place outside Pakistan. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not provide form contents or contact details to Meta as advanced-matching data. Automatic Pixel configuration is disabled in our integration. Meta's standard Pixel can include the page URL and referrer, so do not place personal or confidential information in website URLs. The no-JavaScript tracking image is not loaded, because it cannot respect these optional choices.

Your separate Analytics and Marketing choices are stored locally for up to 180 days. If Analytics is accepted, Google Analytics can store first-party cookies configured to expire after 180 days and potentially renewed on later visits. If Marketing is accepted, Meta Pixel may set first-party cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Rejecting later disables the corresponding integration and removes its known first-party cookies for this site; it does not erase information already received by Google or Meta, or remove cookies held on their own domains. Browser restrictions or extensions may block storage or measurement.

A session-storage preference remembers the invitation display count, dismissal time and whether you have chosen to contact us. The compact invitation can appear up to twice per tab session, with a gap and further activity required before the second appearance. It stops after contact or enquiry interaction. This preference contains no enquiry details and is not sent to us; without storage, its limit applies within the current page.

Fonts and images are hosted with the site. Hosting and security providers may still process technical data or use technologies necessary for their services.

The Google Maps location card contains links, not an automatically loaded map or location tracker. Opening Maps or Facebook takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy terms. See Google's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.

6. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose and status of your enquiry, any subsequent project, and applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. Records may exist both in Netlify and in our business email; removing one copy does not necessarily remove the other.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Access to stored enquiries is managed through hosting and email accounts. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You can request removal of information as described below.

7. Questions, corrections and removal requests

Email info@jkniazi.com to ask about information you shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about your enquiry. Include enough detail to locate the message, without sending sensitive identity documents.

We may need to confirm that a request concerns your information. We will consider it in line with applicable law and explain if a legal obligation or legitimate record-keeping need prevents complete deletion. Stopping future contact does not automatically remove records that need to be retained.

8. Changes to this policy

If website features or information-handling practices change, this page will be updated with a revised date. New features such as advertising tools or payment processing will need an appropriate privacy review before being introduced.
