The scope of work, specifications, price, payment arrangements, milestones, responsibilities and any warranties or cancellation provisions must be addressed in a separate written agreement before work proceeds. This website does not set those commercial terms or replace an agreed contract.

Estimates and schedules depend on matters such as site conditions, materials, scope, approvals and availability. General website statements are not fixed-price or completion-date guarantees. Any formal project commitments should be recorded in the applicable written agreement.

4. Property information

Property availability, ownership, dimensions, prices and approvals require confirmation for the relevant transaction. Website content does not certify legal title, provide a valuation or guarantee an investment return.
