BACKGROUND & DIRECTION

A technical perspective. A business purpose.

Sohail holds a BS in Software Engineering from Indus University and completed a master’s degree at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University. His work with international clients includes data science and artificial intelligence.

At J.K. Niazi Builder & Investor, he serves as Business Automation & Marketing Strategist. His role connects the way the business organises its work with the way it presents itself to potential clients.

Business automation is one part of that focus: considering where systems can support repeatable work and clearer information. Marketing strategy is another: shaping how JKN introduces its services, its people and its actual construction work.

Growth advisory brings those areas into the same conversation. The emphasis is on connecting business priorities with practical technology and marketing decisions, rather than treating each as a separate activity.

Sohail is a son of Jahan Khan Niazi, JKN’s founder. His contribution to the family business reflects his own background in software engineering, data science and AI, while keeping the company’s construction and property-services context in view.
