Who is J.K. Niazi?
Known through the J.K. Niazi name, Jahan Khan Niazi served in the Karachi police for four decades, with responsibilities across the city. His service included one year as SP Police, Baldia Town. He is now retired from the police.
Following retirement, he founded J.K. Niazi Builder & Investor in Karachi. The business brings together construction, property sale and purchase assistance, and construction consultancy. Its starting point is personal: understanding what people need before discussing the next step.
He entered a field where trust can be a major concern for families making important property decisions. His aim was to bring a familiar name, a sense of responsibility and straightforward communication to those conversations. Integrity and personal accountability remain central to the business he founded.
